Working Dilution: 1/10 with PBS or Tris-buffered saline. Incubation Time: 1h at RT. Immunoblotting (Western Blot). Affinity Chromatography.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
